FARM MARKET

Twenty-five dozen ears of sweet corn tightly packed in a red refrigerator on a pallet out by the road marked the beginning of Beth's Farm Market in 1979. Vince and I decided to grow a little corn to help defer our college expenses. It has since become a renowned farm market, expanding every season.

The family and I always try to make your stop here deliciously unique. We strive to grow the best tasting produce available. Part of the reason we have such a wide variety of produce is due to customer suggestions. If there is something you would like to see us grow, please be sure to let us know.

Take a short drive out to Beth's Farm Market at White Oak Farms on the Western Road in Warren. Our season runs from Mid-April through December with a variety of produce, from spinach, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, and sweet corn, to apples, pumpkins, and potatoes, in season. We are open seven days a week from 8–6 for your convenience.
PRODUCE
Fresh vegetables provide a variety of vitamins and minerals and characteristic signs of freshness present themselves clearly in our produce, from bright, lively color and crispness, to a distinctive fresh scent. All of our produce is and picked daily and quality freshness is of our utmost concern. If you have a problem, be sure to let us know and we will try to make it right. BAKERY

All of our baked goods are produced with natural ingredients and shortening alternatives. The flour we use is white-whole wheat, thereby remaining unbleached. Since becoming incorporated into the market, our bakery has more than doubled in size and output. We now produce and sell a wide variety of baked goods including pies, breads, donuts, buttermilk biscuits, cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies, muffins and cookies.
SEAFOOD

Lobsterman Phillip Bramhall, a longtime family friend, approached us with the idea of selling "fresh off his boat" lobsters. We have always found the best tasting lobsters to have been grown in Muscongus Bay with a rocky bottom and clean tributaries. Our oysters are raised by Barrett Lynde in Cushing, Maine on Muscongus Bay. They are bought fresh and kept on ice, so they are safe to enjoy raw or cooked. They are plump, briney and sweet.
